Saint Martin's Lodge A.F. & A.M.

Instituted January 18, 1872 - Consituted March 12, 1873.

Twinned with King Alfred Lodge No. 3169, Weslon-super-Mare, Somerset; and Loyal Lodge No. 251, Barnstable, Devon, in the Register of the United Grand Lodge of England.

The lodge's meeting place was built around 1850 and is the oldest standing church building in the town of Chatham. The lodge purchased the church building in 1905 and has since restored the exterior of the building with the assistance of individual donations and of the town's community preservation fund.
